The earring posts and fish hook wires we use are hypoallergenic and nickel-free which are safe for sensitive ears.

 

How heavy are the earrings?

Polymer clay earrings are very lightweight! Each piece weighs between 1g - 4g depending on the style. Please contact us if you’d like to know the weight of a specific piece.

 

Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Orders typically ship within 3 to 7 business days of receiving payment. All orders ship through Canada Post. We offer untracked Standard Lettermail (if ordering only ONE item), as well as Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost options with tracking number. Once your package is in transit, it is completely out of our hands. Lost packages fall under the responsibility of Canada Post. However, we would be happy to assist you in getting in touch with Canada Post should issues arise with your package.

 

Local Pick-up

Select "Customer Pick-Up" at Checkout for free local pick-up in Toronto! Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a pickup date and time. Please check your junk email just in case.
